Our philosophy

At the Convent of Mercy Academy “Alpha” Association, Inc., we are guided by the principles of Service, Honor, Inspire, Nurture, and Educate (SHINE)—values that define our unwavering commitment to empowering the students of Alpha Academy and making a meaningful impact in our community.

We believe in the power of education, mentorship, and community engagement to cultivate confident, compassionate, and purpose-driven young women. Through our dedication to service, we strive to provide opportunities, resources, and guidance that enable Alpha girls—especially those who are underserved—to reach their full potential and become impactful leaders in society.

Beyond our work with Alpha Academy, we extend our mission to serving the community here in South Florida, through donations and outreach programs. With faith as our foundation and sisterhood as our strength, we remain committed to upholding the traditions of Alpha while embracing innovation and progress for future generations.
